Enticing Amenities with wellness in mind: Start your day with a farm fresh breakfast at 9am, plus hot beverage service served from 8am and wrap up your day of exploring at our social hour from 5pm to 6pm — perfect for connecting and relaxing before a night on the town!
Included in your stay: morning meal, social hour, parking, fiber optic high speed internet, full service concierge and so much more!!
PAYMENTS: 50% deposit is taken at time of reservation, remaining balance due is charged 14 days prior to arrival.
CHECK INN: 4pm or after.
CHECK OUT: 11am or before.
*should you need flexibility with arrival or departure due to flight or event times please contact us prior to arrival to see if arrangements can be made
PARKING: Free on and off street parking is available to guests information provided in welcome email.
Property and Cancellation Policies
50% deposit has been applied to your credit card, refundable within our cancellation policy of 15 days minus a $50.00 transaction fee PER ROOM reserved should you not rebook at time of cancellation. The charge will be from Seller: INN ON TURNER
CANCELLATION POLICY: 15 day notice of reservation cancellation or you are charged for full stay as a petite inn cancellations impact us greatly as we turn away guests in search of lodging once you are confirmed.

SMOKE FREE LODGING: with wellness travel in mind Inn on Turner is a smoke free establishment. This includes grounds and porches.
Smoking areas are accessible across the street in front of the historic church or under the live oaks with benches or gazebo on historic courthouse grounds.
If smoke or vaping is detected in room or on property an automatic $200 fee is collected.
PET POLICY: being a petite inn with respect to those with allergies and those in search of the most quiet and restful of stays we sadly do not accept four legged guests.
AGE REQUIREMENTS & TRAVELING WITH MINORS: We welcome Young Adventurers 12+ to Inn on Turner but please contact us so we can share our Young Traveler Policies with you as we want to ensure everyone has the most enjoyable of visits.
Our rooms are double occupancy so if traveling as a family of 3 or more additional rooms will be needed for your comfort and out of respect to our other visiting guests.
**IF BOOKING ALL 4 SUITES FOR FAMILY GATHERINGS, REUNIONS OR FRIENDS TRAVELING TOGETHER AGE REQUIREMENT IS WAIVED
ACCESSIBILITY: Due to the nature of our historic property Inn on Turner is not ADA compliant. Please note you are more than welcome to contact us regarding first floor options and accessibility. We never want to disappoint and will do our best to accommodate ensuring everyone has access to Inn on Turner’s cuisine, comfort and care.
SLEEPY TIME DOWN SOUTH–QUIET HOURS: 11pm -7am. With respect to guests recharging for the next day’s adventures we thank you!
DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to property — please note normal wear and tear is understandable (we get it) but should a stain or broken item occur please do notify us so we can remedy for your comfort.
If damage is extensive additional charges may apply.
VISITORS: We love guests making memories with those they hold dear on property and downstairs common areas; please confirm with innkeepers prior to friends/family arrival with respect for inn-house guests and your hosts. Only registered guests are permitted upstairs.
HOUSEKEEPING: upon request with a 4+ night visit at no charge. Thank you for supporting our clean water initiatives by supporting our alternate towel exchange day. Towels are delivered to your door alternate days with a 3+ night visit free of charge.
